Hi, my name is Shinobu. As of October 2017, I became an independent hair stylist after working at a Japanese hair salon in Costa Mesa for 11 years.  I have experience working in Japan and in Southern California as a hairstylist for 20 years.  I specializes in Japanese hair straightening using  Licsio products.
